God has always had a balance among the Five Fold Ministries; even the Apostles had to work together. It's called balance.. We all need balance. No Apostle was a loner or independent of other Apostolic Ministries or Churches in the Book of Acts; they were all Co-Laborers TOGETHER.

Prophet Batts was born on December 6, 1959
to Horace and the late Rosie Batts in Houston,
Texas.  He was an only child. As an only child
his parents and grandparents knew that he was
different.  God had a special calling on his life.
As early as 3 years of age, Prophet Batts began
to call upon the Lord.

Up to the age of thirteen Prophet Batts was a
member of the Baptist denomination, singing
and traveling.  At the age of thirteen the Lord
Baptized Prophet Batts in the Holy Ghost and
Fire.  Oh, what a wonderful experience that
changed his life forever.

There after immediately God began to demonstrate 
the prophetic anointing upon his life.
Prophet Batts was pastured and tutored by many 
great Leaders of God:  Rev. Donald Burgs Sr. of 
Garden of Gethsemane Baptist Church; Rev. Samuel 
Farris of East Macedonia Baptist Church; Pastor 
James Kilgore of Life Tabernacle; Overseer Ruby 
Lee Brazil of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ; 
Rev. John Olsteen of Lakewood Church;Pastor 
Arabella Hodges(P.A.W.) Connecticut.
My Apostolic Father in the Ministry is Pastor 
Lewis Rodgers of Houston and Apostle Robbie Horton 
of Los Angeles, California. Apostle William 
Fields of Toledo, Ohio and Prophets Janet 
Munlin of Dallas, Apostle M.D. Hill of Houston 
all have played an intricate part in helping 
Prophet Batts to understand the Apostolic and 
Prophetic anointing on his life.

Prophet Batts is not just a prophet, but an Apostolic 
Prophet who has birthed sons and daughters in the 
ministry.  Apostolic Prophets have proven and tried 
ministries and their spiritual fruit in ministry is 
due to their many years of ministering.
They have proven that they have been commissioned 
by God. They are Prophets to whom either Five-Fold 
Ministers look to as Apostolic Fathers.  Apostolic 
Prophets feed, father and activate the gifts in 
individuals which are dormant. Apostolic Prophets 
are sent by God to activate and demonstrate the 
gifts of God in various geographical regions.

At the age of 27 Prophet Batts was sent by the 
Holy Ghost Apostolically to various cities, where 
he planted, activated and demonstrated the anointing 
of God in healing, deliverance and miracles.  These 
cities were Tulsa, Oklahoma; Dallas, Texas; Sherman, 
Texas; Galveston,Texas; Atlanta, Georgia; Atlantic 
City, Newark, New Jersey;New York City; Philadelphia, 
Pennsylvania; Detroit, Michigan;Chicago, Illinois; 
Hartford, Connecticut; Jacksonville, Florida; Los 
Angeles; California; Denver, Colorado; Canada and 
many other places not mentioned.
